This workshop is designed with all levels of breathers in mind. All are welcome. ---------------------------- Sacred Connection is a luxury breathwork experience created for two. We welcome couples, close friends, chosen family, and trusted companions, an invitation to step out of the norm, into breath and presence, together. Rooted in years of awareness and a deep calling to breathwork, our facilitator holds space for intimate, small-group experiences centered on personal empowerment, embodiment, and spiritual grounding. This experience begins within. You'll be gently guided into breath, allowing the body to soften and the mind to settle as you reconnect with yourself first. As the breath begins to shift your state of consciousness, you're guided into deeper alignment, opening into self-love, awareness, and inner peace. From this place, a journey of closeness unfolds. You may choose to connect with the person you've come with. Through shared breath, eye contact, or gentle consent-based touch (holding hands, back-to-chest, or supported contact), you may discover new layers of trust, appreciation, and a deeper sense of connection. No expectation. Only invitation. Join us together and breathe into deep connection. As the breath deepens, awareness expands, and the nervous system softens, connection becomes something you feel naturally. Please bring: • a yoga mat • an eye covering • a pillow and/or blanket • water • lip balm • a pencil or pen • a journal or paper & an open mind The session includes time for intentional breathing, relaxation, grounding, integration, and gentle reflection. ~ Come as you are, with someone who matters to you.
